Love having a shield that does not rest on my nose and that I can push up. I had to clarify with buyer about visor piece as you don't need to order the plastic part as it comes with it. I ordered a starter kit, plus and extra "visor" for a co-worker and an extra pad, just in case.
What is special is the visor shield; I work at a skilled nursing facility and this is required.
