Love the life of the battery! However, I hate that there's no way to securely attach the battery to my uniform. Or that there's not some sort of protective case like I would have for my cell phone. The clip is not secure enough. I have dropped my battery twice now. I'm so scared it's not going to work properly

Battery is good. Paid expedited shipping and did not receive it until I called a couple of weeks later and then asked why I still had to pay expedited when I have not received it. The rep told me that she was sending it expedited this time so I still had to pay it even though it was ordered about 2 weeks prior. Unfortunately this is not the first time I have had an issue getting something shipped. I sent my glasses back to have them adjusted when I first got them and did not receive them after about 6 weeks so I called and they had not been shipped back out after repair. Products are fine, just have to stay on top of getting what you purchase. But on the positive side, they did ship an extra battery to me to compensate when they forgot to return my loupes.

Really bad experience
I have been using their light for 12 years, old battery broke, so I got a new one. Connection is lose that it is hard to work with. When I contacted the customer care they said it could be a compatibility issue with the old, however, nothing like this was mentioned on the website or in product description, even there was no clear picture of that part of battery on website. When I checked reviews , I figured out that I am not the only one facing this problem, other reviews clearly mention that battery connection with light is lose and causes the light to tien off from time to time.
Customer care wants to send me battery and my light back to them at my shipping cost for check up. Obviously they will charge Mr another 350$ or more for some replacement.
Not even customs enough to provide loaner or return.
Highly disappointed, guess I will just eat up the cost and buy another light from another company. Not worth spending time and energy here.

You have to replace battery every other year or so. Just lost another battery. It is a third replacement. Have another loops and headlight from different company with no problems for over 10 years.

I just replaced my old one. Have been using Ultralight Optics for years. I was due for an upgrade. Expensive, but no regrets about the expense.

I’ve been using my feather light loops from ultralight Optics for years, and I love them. I bought them at the Yankee dental convention in Boston. The light is such a nice, clean light that it gives me amazing vision in the patient’s mouth. The loops themselves help me see With amazing clarity. I’ve been very happy with the whole system. I recently had to replace the battery pack after years of use and I feel like it was well worth the cost of a new battery. It lasted a long time.

Have had several of these over the years and they work great. Only issue is I wish the clip wasn’t so tight. Very difficult up clip it over a belt.

I’m very pleased with this battery pack. My boss gave me his old one that had lasted 7 years and it gave up the ghost a few weeks after he gave me it, ha! So I bought this as a replacement. My only complaint, and I’m hoping to get some feedback from the company, is that the light cord doesn’t seem to stay in all the way and I’ll have to push it back in a few times a day while working.

I've used this system for years now, alternating 2 batteries. The batteries have lasted approximately 2 -3 years before they start to diminish in the time they are charged.

The first version their light connection loosen up after some use and I have to use an elastic band to hold it in this angle for it to work. I got the second version which they changed the connection at the battery, but the battery died in like 2 years all of a sudden without fading like most battery. It just won't charge, and the first one still works .... Wonder if they have a built-in mechanism that killed it after a certain use. The second version also has an expiration date which I find odd with these products.
