The shield is off center- I couldn’t get it to line up straight when I attached the shield. I should have returned it. The only thing I liked was the length of the shield and that my loupes fit under the shield.

I had so much trouble just receiving the face shield and then when I got it, the screws are stripped and my headlight holster is damaged. My doctor uses the same one and hers doesn’t have nearly as many issues as mine.

I mostly like this product - I liked that I was able to mount my light outside the face shield. The light is able to focus external to the plastic sheet - no reflection!
The attachment is quite shaky however. I tried the ultralight optic light, and it still was shaky. I ended up making a janky mount with the q-optics light, but it needed modifications.

My experience with Ultralight Optics used to be great until recently. I bought headlight earlier this year and it started to loose battery after couple of months so I contacted Ultralight and they immediately responded and sent me a replacement. The replacement one started to flicker after couple of weeks so I thought mY be cord is loose. So I replaced the cord but it still did not work. I tried to contact them but no one responded back. I ended up buying a new battery. So I had to pY for two batteries within few months of time. If this on goes bad I am switching to a different company.

I like the functionality of able to flip the shield to fix the light instead of digging into the shield to fix it. I have ergo and this fits well with the extender I got 1.75 inch extra which is a lot of space but that’s fine with me either or works. The is not tight enough so I keep having to fix it. A new shield that has the bottom one is also nice for extra protection that other companies don’t offer and i like it especially for ergo loupes sine we look straight we don’t have protection under our faces. If you have traditional you have more protection since you are looking down. The only unfortunate problem is that the top of the shield came scratched I peeled it but still was scratched :( and I have to keep fixing it to make it tight around my head.

"Ultralight" is no joke, these are the most lightweight face shields I've ever worn! Admittedly the shields themselves are pretty flimsy, but if they were thicker they would just be heavy. Easy to assemble and replace. I love the customization.

I'm so impressed with how simple it is to adjust. Unfortunately, my loupe light is not made like the light holder stand. My screws are actually on the side instead of on the front, but the light stand on the visor is simply ingenious. It's stable and assembles easily.

I feel the shield gives more protection against aerosols and splashing from the ultrasonic. It’s comfortable to wear. We have a warm office in the summer. Flipping the shield while having conversation with the patient gives me relief from the heat.

Love everything about this face shield! I’d like to mention that I’ve tried a lot of different face shields and it always seems like they do not have enough space for my headlight. This shield is very lightweight which is wonderful. The heavier face shields worn for hours can cause headaches. This shield by far is the clearest, so I’m very thrilled with my recent purchase. I’ll be using this in my practice for years to come.

I ordered it because I was taking my shield off and on alot during my work day. So this was a good solution. It slides around on my head a bit and is hard, so sometimes I have to play with it a bit. I end up keeping a nurses cap on under so my hair isn't t a mess.
When its flipped up I bump into cupboards and things.
But I do wear it every day. Covid has made work life hard, I am trying to make the best of it. I appreciate this design.
